Give A Note Foundation

Give A Note Foundation was created to bring awareness to the importance of music education and to nurture, grow, and strengthen music education opportunities—for every student, every school, and every community.

Because music not only offers students the chance to develop creativity and self-expression, but also builds skills such as communication, collaboration, and critical thinking that are necessary for success. Founded in 2011 in partnership with the National Association for Music Education, the Give A Note Foundation was created to strengthen music education opportunities for all students.

We are strategically focused on developing partnerships with business leaders and decision-makers and providing the resources necessary to nurture new and existing school programs. With each donation, we are empowered to highlight the importance of music education and provide grants to programs in need.

Our unique grant structure provides schools with direct financial assistance so that each recipient program can use the funds for what they need most. Whether supporting new classes, purchasing instruments, or providing risers for school concerts, every donation helps provide students the life-changing benefits of music study.
